Kristin Stitz, Holistic Nutrition Consultant

If there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I'm passionate about simplifying nutrition science and sharing strategies to help people feel their best. I became a holistic nutritionist for that reason. Many of my clients have tried everything to stop their cravings, lose weight, and feel better. I created my program so I could teach them how to recognize and address the signs of insulin resistance and improve their metabolic health.

I also share my passion by writing this blog. I love to write, and one of the best things about it is

when someone reaches out to tell me that they loved a post. Last week, I got a handwritten note from someone who discovered and loved broccolini on the grill after I wrote Are You in a Veggie Rut?!

I wrote that post because I wanted to share my newfound love for broccolini. I wrote this post to share what working with me looks like from a client perspective.

How the Nutrition Coaching Program Works

We start with a deep dive.

The initial phase of our work includes two sessions designed to understand you—your goals, your symptoms, your dieting history, lifestyle, and any relevant lab work.

I’ll ask you to keep track of what you eat and how you feel for a couple of days, and together we’ll uncover what’s going on under the surface.

From there, I’ll create a personalized plan that meets you where you are and provides a roadmap for getting to where you want to be.

Then we shift into implementation—where the magic happens.

Because having a plan is one thing. But putting it into practice? That’s where most people get stuck.

In coaching sessions every 1–3 weeks, I help you build habits, shift your mindset, and troubleshoot challenges.

The best plans evolve, and we adapt yours based on what’s working, what isn’t, and how your body responds.

The program structure provides accountability so you keep showing up until the changes become part of your life and you meet your goals.

What Clients Experience

Many of my clients see changes in energy, blood sugar, digestion, cravings, and weight. Which makes sense because when we work on improving their insulin resistance, these symptoms improve. Read more about the connections between symptoms and insulin resistance in What is Insulin Resistance? And how do you know if you have it?

My clients gain more than just results; they gain insight. They start to understand what their body needs to feel and look its best, which is often different from what they expected. That knowledge is a huge takeaway from the program, ensuring continued success when it's over.

I had a client who described herself as a ‘Lady of the 80’s,’ stuck in a cycle of low-fat and restrictive dieting. The number on her scale was stuck as well, so she came to me for help.

I am a product of the 80's fat free products. I was starving my body of nutrition and calories. Kristin changed my whole way of thinking and I actually eat more calories and 100 percent more protein and fats than before. In fact, my triglycerides went down 100 points from adding fat and proteins. Amazing! Please do yourself a favor and meet with Kristin and she will change your life.

A Personalized Approach

If you’ve experienced diets, programs, or tracking apps that weren't ultimately helpful, you’re not alone. Many of my clients are high-achieving people who’ve been successful in other areas of their lives but still feel confused about what they should eat.

My approach works because it isn’t one-size-fits-all. We create a customized plan—one that respects your bio-individuality and aligns with your life, your preferences, and your health goals. Considering every client's unique situation as a puzzle to be solved is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

If you’re curious about how this might look for you, I’m happy to answer your questions. Schedule a no-obligation, free strategy call.

There’s no pressure—it’s a chance for us to talk through your goals and see if my program is the right fit. I always try to make sure you walk away with something useful.
